The reading, The Goody-Two-Shoes Nature really makes the reader think because the text makes a lot of good points. Basically what the author is saying just like someone practices a sport , a person has to practice writing in order to become better at it. Some people can not grasp the concept of writing no matter how hard they try and some are quick to give up. As long as you follow the rules of writing then an individual can master writing in due time. It is all about putting your mind to it and practicing everyday for a set time. A person has to want to be a better writer in their heart just as much as doing any other skill or talent. There are basic rules the author states but you have to go beyond the basics at the same time. People change their routine daily lives based off having a regular schedule. The author speaks of her friend of quitting her job of eleven years because she wanted a change. That section of the reading corresponds with the rest of the text because it is based on how people get fed up and wanting something different in life but a person has to work for that change. As a person, you have to follow your heart and do what is best for you and makes you happy.
